1. Acceptance

By downloading, accessing, or using Endless Drifter, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the game or related services.

2. Service Description

Endless Drifter is a game and online service operated by Cryptopedia. Features may include wallet-based sign-in, leaderboards, rankings, energy systems, inventory, purchases, ads, and anti-abuse enforcement.

3. Accounts and Wallets

You are responsible for your wallet, connected device, and account activity. You must not impersonate others, misuse authentication, or attempt to access accounts you do not own.

If you want your Endless Drifter account deleted, use the steps on our account deletion page, including the wallet-signed request flow where available, rather than sending any on-chain payment or blockchain transaction.

If you want to request deletion of only some data without deleting the full account, use our data deletion page.

4. Fair Play and Abuse

You may not cheat, automate gameplay, exploit bugs, tamper with the client, intercept or alter network traffic, manipulate ads, or attempt to bypass gameplay, ranking, or purchase systems. We may suspend, invalidate, limit, or remove access to accounts, scores, inventory, or rewards tied to abuse or suspected abuse.

5. Virtual Items and Purchases

Virtual items, ships, boosters, energy, and similar game content are licensed for in-game use only and have no cash value. Access to digital content may be limited, revoked, or adjusted if a transaction is reversed, fraudulent, invalid, or tied to abuse.

6. Availability

We may update, change, pause, or remove features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the game, website, or related services.

7. Disclaimer

Endless Drifter is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cryptopedia will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, rankings, progress, inventory, or profits arising from your use of the service.
